Hexogon Solution Lights Up Sentosa Merlion This Lunar New Year

Hexogon Solution ushers in the Year of the Rooster with a spectacular projection mapping show, transforming the Sentosa Merlion to live this Lunar New Year with the fourth edition titled “Love in Spring Time” for Sentosa Development Corporation.

The 8-minute extravaganza features dazzling displays of colours, lights and music encompassing Chinese New Year and Valentine’s Day themes. Bright red traditional paper cutting with twelve Chinese zodiac don on the 37-meter tall majestic Merlion sculpture, followed by vibrant neon heart-shaped motive dancing in rhythm to the music celebrating the arrival of Valentine’s Day; marrying eastern and western cultures. The Lunar New Year is not complete without sparkling Chinese firecrackers at the finale adding to the festive cheer.

Show runs nightly from now to February 26. Showtime starts at 7.45pm, with 30-minute show intervals until 9.15pm. Two additional shows will be held on weekends, the eve of public holidays and public holidays.
