On 1st November 2012 at The Sky Kick Arena, Christie® and D&B Audiotechnik, global leaders in visual display solution and sound, had an official product launch to the business community, held by its valued partner, Hexogon Solution Thailand at The Sky Kick Arena. The event that displayed their professional audio-visual (ProAV) products and expertise had attracted owners of shopping malls and business building, local systems integrators, representatives from rental staging companies, show technical professionals and Christie’s network of partners and distributors.

During the launch event, the guests were treated to a projection mapping on the building of SkyKick Arena using 12 Christie Roadster HD20K-J 3-chip DLP® projectors, a set of Christie Spyder X20 image processor and D&B sound system J-series. The projection mapping captivated the attention of the guests, showcasing the multitude of possibilities for potential application in concerts, 3D mapping on buildings, simulation and show enhancement.

The guests were also invited to have a hands-on experience at the demo area where Christie and D&B put up their wide range of products: two sets of Christie Roadster HD20K-J 3-chip DLP® projectors with auto stack, Christie YK200 yoke mounted with a set of Christie Roadster HD18K 3-chip DLP® projector, a Christie Mirage HD10K-M 3-chip DLP® projector supported by D&B sound – Q-system, 39 Christie® MicroTiles® built-in with Christie JumpStart, a Christie DHD-670E 1-chip DLP® projector and a Christie Roadie HD+35K 3-chip DLP® projector and event hall music supported by the C-system. All visual display systems were linked up with a set of Christie Spyder X20 to demonstrate the flexibility of the systems for an indoor display application.
