Hexogon Solution Pte Ltd built the PopAR LIVE app as a Free app. This App is provided by Hexogon Solution Pte Ltd at no cost and is intended for use as is. The App is currently offered for download free of charge, as is access to the features offered via the App. However we reserve the right to make changes to the App – including in relation to the charging of any fees – at any time.

 

We Collect No Personal Information Using Our Applications
We do not collect, use, save, or have access to any of your personal data recorded in PopAR LIVE for iOS or Android.

Individual settings relating to the PopAR LIVE app are not personal and are stored only on your device. You might also be asked to provide access to your photo library, but this is only so you can save your photos from PopAR LIVE to your library. We don’t process that information at all and have no access to it.

The App is provided on an “as is” basis. We make no representations, warranties or guarantees of any kind regarding the availability or operation of the App, or that the App will be secure, uninterrupted or free of defects.

We will not be liable to you if for any reason the App is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time updates to the App may be issued through the Platforms. Depending on the update, you may not be able to use the App until you have downloaded the latest version of the App and accepted any new terms.
