Hexogon Solution presents a stunning projection on Zhimei Bridge under the exclusive invite by Chiayi County for its Taiwan Lantern Festival celebrations at the Southern brunch of the Palace Museum.

Celebrated on the 15th day of the first lunar month, Lantern Festival is one of Taiwan’s major annual celebrations rounding off as a finale to the Chinese New Year. The 2018 edition was being staged between February 16 to March 11 in the southwest of Chiayi County.

A total of 24 Christie Boxer 4k30 high lumens digital projector were used to illuminate a temporary water screen and to highlight the 142-meter Zhimei bridge spanning across an artificial lake. A unique net material was mounted across the beams of the bridge as a screen for projection. The projection design elements revolve around tourism, technology, culture, and art, with the goal to shine a spotlight on the recent renaissance of treasured traditions in Chiayi County; enhancing the mood and festivities of the Lantern Festival.
